HWF will celebrate its 20th anniversary at the end of 2026, recognising two decades of regional implementation of sustainable initiatives supporting vulnerable people - including 10,000 children in education and 23,000 youth with training and skills development.

Our staff are primarily from Myanmar, with an ability to connect with beneficiaries through language, culture, and shared experiences. HWF is regularly consulted by INGOs and government agencies on project design and implementation.
